Starlink speeds vary based on satellite positions and network congestion. If you notice a total drop, check the "Obstructions" tool in your Starlink app. If your "Obstructions" map shows red areas, give us a call for a Realignment

If you have "dead zones" (spots with no signal) in far bedrooms or the garage, a Mesh system is usually the answer. We can integrate these seamlessly with your Starlink or local ISP router.

Most interior "hollow" walls (drywall) are perfect for in-wall HDMI routing. However, if your wall is brick, concrete, or has a fireplace, we use high-quality external trunking to keep the look clean and professional.

Usually, this is an "HDMI-CEC" setting issue. Ensure your soundbar is plugged into the HDMI (ARC/eARC) port on your TV. If it still won't sync, a quick power cycle (unplugging both for 60 seconds) often resets the "handshake."

GPS systems typically have a variance of 3–10 feet depending on satellite strength and tree cover. We recommend setting your "Warning Zone" slightly further back from the actual danger area (like a road) to account for this.

Training is key! We provide the initial setup, but we recommend 15 minutes of "flag training" twice a day for the first two weeks. Consistency is what keeps your pup safe.

90% of the time, the device just needs a "reboot." Unplug it from the wall, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. If it’s still offline, check if your WiFi password was recently changed.

While we focus on physical setups, we offer Remote Support Sessions for existing customers to walk you through software glitches over the phone or via video call.
